About Raggedy Edges - The Original Tumbler Snob(s)

I am never perfect and smooth, Antonione de Saint’s said it best, “Perfection isn’t when there’s nothing else to add, it’s when you can’t take anything away!” I AM Raggedy Edges.

Raggedy Edges originally was created in the 80's with my mother, the Queen of Country Chic Crafts, specializing in hand painted creations for home decor. When I was old enough, I joined my mother and we started repurposing vintage items into things of beauty and joy!

Most days you can find me chasing after my kids, all while managing to find time to work on my laptop (with an extra cup of coffee in hand) and creating amazing works of art on my tumblers - constantly chasing dreams! I'm a military veteran, slay-at-home mom to 3 amazing littles, care-taker to the love of my life (who is also a disabled military veteran), in love with my business and love to come up with new designs and colorful creations for tumblers.

I served in the Army from 2004 - 2012, touring in both Iraq and Afghanistan before deciding to stay home and take care of my littles and love of my life. I graduated from University of North Texas with a degree in Art and Science and Criminal Justice (as well with certificates in Crime Scene Investigation). This all started as therapy for my injuries sustained downrange, but it has exploded into a full time "job" that I absolutely love. I'm pretty sure people thought I was crazy, and it hasn't always been easy - in fact some days are really hard, but I have never, ever looked back!
